The intense battle for our teeth has taken a new turn. Gone are the days when toothpaste marketers made sensible claims like “with added fluoride’’, “freshness” and “cavity protection” etc. When I saw the latest claim of Colgate, I could not stop laughing! Check out the pic!
How can anyone make a “dentist like” ingredient? Can someone explain this?
I can’t believe dentists have allowed companies to make an ingredient out of them:)
Is this lack of or over imagination? Whatever it is, this is a good example of stooping down to any level, to sell stuff. Generally, claims of this nature lead to controversy, litigation and publicity; somehow the oral care giant, Colgate-Palmolive has so far been able to keep all of them at bay!
Not bad, isn't it?
